Mishal’s Riding Background and History
Mishal has been a motorcycle aficionado ever since he was a little boy, at the age of 7 he was riding his first dirt-bike, the love for two wheels and off-road has only grown with him during the following 30 years! Mishal has gained different experiences in motorcycle riding by specializing in free riding off-road and rally disciplines. Mishal is the most experienced, well-rounded off-road motorcycle rider in Saudi Arabia and is a keen motivator and influencer to the local off-road riding community. Ha has been running enduro desert tours and adventures since 2011 with major milestones and investments in 2016 onwards.
Noteworthy off-road Accomplishments
- Mishal runs the only full fledged commercially operated riding center in Saudi Arabia since 2016 with a fleet of Motorbikes and fully comprehensive rider services
- Mishal has planned, executed and guided more than 100 successful desert tours and adventures all over the kingdom and abroad
- Very experienced off-road free rider in all types of terrain and off-road bikes
- Participated in a number of Rally events
- Emirates Desert Championship 2017, 1-day FIM approved rally event (successful finisher)
- Dubai International Baja 2019, 2-day FIM approved rally event (successful finisher)
- Abudhabi Desert Challenge 2019, 5-day cross country FIM approved rally event.. (Only Saudi to ever finish this race in it’s 29 running years, and 2nd finisher in over 450cc class) 2000km racing the toughest Empty Quarter terrain and dunes. This rally is a considered one of the toughest cross country rally series event and is a prerequisite to enter the most prestigious rally of all RALLY DAKAR
- Saudi Rally Champion 2019, after competing in 4 rounds
- Qassim Rally finished 2nd
- Alula-NEOM Rally 1st
- Riyadh Rally 4th
- Sharqiyah Rally 1st
- DAKAR 2020, the only Saudi ever to enter and compete in the most challenging rally in the world a 2 week race covering over 9000km. Mishal was the only Saudi rider to start and make it to the finish, finishing at 71st postion between 150 of the worlds best riders. And got a top 10 finish in the rookies category
- Hail Rally 2020, finished 2nd overall
- DAKAR 2021, for the second Dakar edition, Mishal is again the only rider representing Saudi. However this time with a bigger challenge, he entered the Malle Moto class (Un Assisted) select riders and managed a top 10 finish in the class and 42 overall ranking, jumpin almost 30 spots from the previous year.
- Dubai International Baja 2021, 2-day FIM approved rally event (successful finisher) finishing 2nd in GCC class
- Qatar Offroad Championship Round 4, ct 2021 finished 1st overall
- Abudhabi Desert Challenge 2021, finished 10th in the prestigious rally gp class
- Qatar Offroad championship 2022, round 2nd
- Hail Rally 2021, finished 1st overall
- Rally Sudair 2022, finished 1st overall
- Qatar International Baja 2022, Round 3 & 4 off the national championship, finished 1st overall
